Shipping Information

We only can ship to addresses in the United States if you are using the checkout on this website.

If you are ordering from Europe, please click the German flag button at the top of this page, or visit ibena-shop.de. If you would like to ship to any other country please contact us.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of the order date (excluding weekends and holidays).

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

Sales Tax

Shipments to addresses within the state of South Carolina will be charged 7% sales tax. Shipments to addresses outside of South Carolina will not be charged sales tax. 

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

In case you receive a defective IBENA blanket, please contact us at 864-587-0098 or email us under office@ibena.com, providing a picture of the defect.  Defective items can only be exchanged for the same item.

We will accept returns for an exchange/refund within 30 days of when you placed your order, if you are not fully satisfied with your IBENA blanket. All blankets must be returned in like-new, resalable condition and in their original, undamaged product packaging. Otherwise, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Refunds can only be credited to the original form of payment.  Used and washed items can not be accepted. Please call 864-587-0098 or email office@ibena.com for return instructions.

If you are exchanging an item, please note that the return shipping charges to IBENA Inc. as well as shipping charges to send the new item are paid by the customer.

Shipping on returned items is non-refundable, unless the reason for the exchange/return is due to defective product or a shipping issue that resulted from our error.

We will only return/exchange items purchased directly from IBENA Inc. Once we receive your return/exchange and verify the condition, your credit will be processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund/exchange to be completed.
